All work completed by Spa Space is covered by the statutory warranties required under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 (QBCC Act).

• Structural Warranty – We guarantee all structural elements, including waterproofing systems, for 6 years and 6 months from the date of completion. This covers any defects that could cause failure of the building structure or water penetration, such as membrane failure in wet areas.

• Non-Structural Warranty – We guarantee non-structural work (such as minor surface finishes) for 6 months from completion.

• All work will be carried out with due care and skill, using new, good-quality materials that are fit for purpose.

• All work will comply with the approved plans, specifications, and relevant laws, codes, and standards.

Your project is also covered by the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme, which protects you in the event of incomplete or defective work. This insurance is arranged and paid for by us on your behalf before work starts.
